    IRONWOOD - Mayor Annette Burchell on Tuesday thanked the voters of the city of Ironwood for approving the millage that led to streets throughout the city being resurfaced. He was born in Hurley, on March 10, 1943, son of William Eino and Elsie (Toivonen) Kuusisto. Ronald married MaryAnn Schmidt on Dec. 29, 1969. Ronald served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Naval Air Technician. He was an active member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Menasha.     IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Leonard K. Perry, 73, of Ironwood Township, died unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016, in his home. He was born May 19, 1943, in South Bend, Ind., son of the late Francis and Ruth (Hutt) Perry. He was married to the former Laura E. Richards on May 30, 1964, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Laura preceded him in death on May 23, 2010.     HURLEY — A team of companies led by Coleman Engineering will be responsible for developing the plans to rebuild Saxon Harbor after the Iron County Board of Supervisors awarded the company the development contract Tuesday.
