    IRON BELT, Wis. — The Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s resurfacing of Wisconsin 77 from Hurley’s Cary Location to Upson is completed, just in time for fall color season. There was some work being done on the approaches to side streets in Iron Belt on a sunny Tuesday, but the highway surface was smooth. The extent of the improvement area is from Cary Location in Hurley, near the County D extension roadway, to Upson Lake Road, near Upson.     ONTONAGON - More than 400 people celebrated with Aspirus Ontonagon officials Monday for the 10th anniversary of the institution purchasing the struggling Ontonagon Memorial Hospital.
