EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - Phyllis R. Mrofchak passed away peacefully on Oct. 28, 2017, with her family by her side, at the Castle Ridge Nursing home in Eden Prairie. Phyllis was born on July 8, 1932, to the late Thomas and Leocadia Zalewski, both deceased.
