The committee membersall favored the same mapping plan from four different options. Linda was born in Wakefield, Michigan, to Julia (Decur) Bruno and Peter Bruno. Linda was a sister to Darlene Bruno, Robert Bruno and Mick Bruno (Janet).     ESCANABA, Mich. — Marilyn A. (Zuchowski) Slade, age 87, of Escanaba, formerly of Gile, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021, at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba. She was born in Ironwood, on Aug. 28, 1934, and resided there until 1938 when the family moved to Gile. Marilyn was the daughter of Angeline and Bernard Zuchowski. She was a 1952 graduate of Hurley High School. On Nov. 2, 1957, Marilyn married Erwood (Erv) Slade at the Wesley Methodist Church in Ironwood, and he preceded her in death on April 26, 2013.
