    WAKEFIELD, Mich. — Gary Couture, 66, of Wakefield, passed away peacefully on Oct. 13, 2019, holding his wife’s hand. Gary was born Oct. 4, 1953, in Ashland. In 1972, he graduated from high school in Butternut. On June 18, 1977, he married Darlene Thomas of Ironwood.
