Kathryn Hellen, 26, is charged with the delivery or manufacture of methamphetamine as the result of the search conducted by the UPSET West team’s search. Bond was set at $100,000 cash. WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - Dennis H. Pischer, 62, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, Oct. 9, 2017 in Winter Haven, Fla. MARENISCO, Mich. – Helen W. Allen, 85, a long-time resident of Marenisco, passed away Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 17, 2017. Helen was born on April 3, 1932, in Owosso, a daughter of Clarence and Goldie (Mason) Wilcox. On April 15, 1950, Helen was united in marriage to Clarence “Junior” Allen in Owosso.
