Kathryn Hellen, 26, is charged with the delivery or manufacture of methamphetamine as the result of the search conducted by the UPSET West team’s search. Bond was set at $100,000 cash. He was born on April 12, 1955, in Marshfield, Wis., to Donald and Darlene (Jakobi) Pischer. Dennis moved to Mercer, Wis., in the eighth grade. He graduated from Mercer High School in 1973. Helen was born on April 3, 1932, in Owosso, a daughter of Clarence and Goldie (Mason) Wilcox. On April 15, 1950, Helen was united in marriage to Clarence “Junior” Allen in Owosso.
