    WASHINGTON (AP) — The federal government is going into uncharted waters, deep-sixing the giant paper nautical charts that it has been printing for mariners for more than 150 years. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced Tuesday that to save money, the government will stop turning out the traditional brownish, heavy paper charts after mid-April.     BOSTON (AP) — A 90-year-old Holocaust survivor made his orchestral debut with renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma on Tuesday to benefit a foundation dedicated to preserving the work of artists and musicians killed by the Nazis. Lucille was born June 25, 1917, in Gillespie, Ill., to Alexander “Alex” and Mary (nee Bugni) Cheskey. She attended Lincoln High School in Hurley and graduated in 1934.
