Library officials hope to resume in-person services again on Nov. 9.     IRONWOOD, Mich. - Edward "Junior" Popko, 88, of Ironwood, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2020, at Westgate Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living Facility in Ironwood. He was born on June 4, 1932, in Oma, Wisconsin, son of Edward and Anna (Kasieta) Popko. Edward was a long-time paper carrier for the Daily Globe. Shirley was born on Dec. 25, 1931, the daughter of John and Angeline (Libertoski) Lane. She attended Wakefield High School and graduated in 1949.
