    WAUSAU, Wis. - John P. Patritto, 89, of Medford, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021, at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau, with his wife by his side. He was born on Aug. 29, 1932, in Ironwood, Michigan, to the late Felix and Erma (Cornolo) Patritto of Hurley. He was a 1950 graduate of the Lincoln High School in Hurley. He was surrounded by his loving family and under the care of U.P. Home Health and Hospice. George’s family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marquette.     MIDLAND, Mich. — Edna Irene Marie Pietila, age 83, of Midland, formerly of Bruce Crossing, passed away Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021. Edna was born April 23, 1938, in Ironwood, the daughter of Toivo and Ellen (Haanpaa) Kaars. She earned her LPN Degree and worked as a nurse in White Pine, Phelps and Bruce Crossing for over 40 years. Edna married Kenneth Pietila on June 5, 1965. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church.
