    IRONWOOD - Four people who helped rescue an elderly Ironwood man from a burning vehicle last month were honored by the Ironwood City Commission on Monday. Leonard Korpi, 84, of 420 Douglas Boulevard, had experienced a medical issue while driving on March 28. The vehicle, in the parking lot at Wells Fargo Bank on Cloverland Drive, was becoming filled with smoke from a fire in the engine compartment.     BESSEMER — A high-speed pursuit that allegedly topped speeds of 100 mph and went through both Wisconsin and Michigan ended with the arrest of Paul Edward Harley, 59, of Wakefield.     ONTONAGON, Mich. — David Charles Karttunen, 74, of Ontonagon, passed away April 12, 2015, at his home. He was born May 17, 1940, in Detroit to Arthur and Viola (Korvenpaa) Karttunen. He moved to Green as a child and had resided there since. Dave attended school in White Pine and Ontonagon. After graduation, he was employed by the paper mill and worked there for 44 years.
