It’s based on income level, with the goal to bring houses into better condition for the elements, which saves money and resources all around. BESSEMER, Mich. - Dr. Donald Holloway Mills, 99, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his children on April 16, 2017. He was born in Ann Arbor on March 14, 1918, son of the late Alma (Daniel) and Harry Mills, and graduated from Dearborn Heights High School. ONTONAGON, Mich. - Anna Elizabeth Hendrickson, of Ontonagon, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017, at Aspirus Long-Term Care Unit where she resided for the last 3 1/2 years. Anna was born at Vinegar Point, near Houghton, to Jacob and Regina Luokka on Oct. 11, 1932. She married the love of her life, Douglas Hendrickson, on May 13, 1950, in Houghton.
