Wright High School band concert on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Historic Ironwood Theatre. The Luther L.     IRONWOOD, Mich. - Faron M. Berset, 57, of Ironwood passed away on Nov. 29, 2021, at Aspirus Ironwood Hospital after a four-year battle with cancer. Faron was born on Jan. 7, 1964, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Otto and Jeanette (Piispanen) Berset. He spent most of his life driving truck and hauling over the road.     BRAINERD, Minn. - Rauha Matilda Salli, age 90, passed away on Nov. 23, 2021, at her home at Woodland Good Samaritan in Brainerd. The former Rauha Korpela was born at home on the family farm in Wakefield, Michigan, on July 28, 1931, to Waino and Hilda Korpela. Born a feisty preemie, she spent her first days in the farmhouse kitchen, in a shoebox on the open oven door of the wood stove. She carried that feisty spirit throughout her life.
