HURLEY - In a game they dedicated to a former teammate, the Hurley Midgettes rallied to beat South Shore 58-49 Friday night. Hurley shut down a good shooting South Shore team in the second half to avenge a loss earlier this season in Port Wing. The Tigers fought off a spirited second-half rally by the Midgettes for a 59-51 win Friday night. HURLEY - Phillips missed 20 free throws, but one of them helped the Loggers pull off a big upset in Hurley Friday night. The No. 3 seed Loggers' defeated No. 2 Hurley 52-47 in overtime during Friday's WIAA Division 4 regional semifinal. Trailing 47-46, Phillips missed two free throws again.
