Mercer K-12 School welcomes new staff members

Four new staff members were welcomed to the Mercer K-12 School at an inservice day Aug. 29. From left, they are Josh Reed, band and chorus instructor; Breanna Fink, food service staff; Erin Johnson, Spanish, speech and language; and Don Vaughn, maintenance. Missing when the photo was taken was Peter Zhang, who will be teaching Mandarin Chinese. Zhang is on a one-year contract from China, and Zach Wilson, who is the new charter school and community liaison. The Mercer PTSA will host an open house forparents and other community members on Sept 11 from 4-6 p.m.
