Thomas J. Radzwilowicz

WATERSMEET, Mich. — Thomas J. Radzwilowicz, 62, a longtime resident of Watersmeet, died peacefully Wednesday evening, Dec. 2, 2015, at home.

Thomas was born Aug. 19, 1953, in Menominee, son of the late Walter and Clementine (Gubala) Radzwilowicz. He attended Watersmeet schools and graduated from the Watersmeet High School with the class of 1971. He also attended Gogebic Community College where he majored in business.

His parents owned and operated Clem’s Cafe in Watersmeet and Thomas worked there for many years. He was also the township secretary for 24 years. He enjoyed playing and writing music. He especially enjoyed fishing and woodworking.

On May 20, 1978, he was married to the former Barb Haanpaa in Ironwood. She survives.

Also surviving are two sons; Jason (Kassie) Radzwilowicz, of Rock Springs, Wyo., and Aaron (Jessica) Radzwilowicz, of St. Charles, Mo .; and a brother, Richard (Leona) Radzwilowicz, of Cary, Ill.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis and Arthur.

Cremation has taken place.

Inurnment will take place in the Watersmeet Cemetery.
