Donna May Jones

MARQUETTE, Mich. - Donna May Jones, 71, of Watersmeet, passed away peacefully on Jan. 30, 2016, at Marquette General Hospital.

She was born on May 23, 1944, in Georgetown Township.

Donna is preceded in death by her siblings Rodger A. Crusan, Daniel Crusan, Marvin Lee Crusan, Norma McMaster and Dora Way.

She is survived by her sister, Ruth Snyder; and eight children, Marion Visger Jr., Scott Visger, Valerie Pruden, Johnathan Jones, Amy Elko, Kathleen Wenberg, Laura Wendinger and Jeremy Jones. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Donna will be held Saturday, Feb. 6, at 2 p.m. EST at the Cane Funeral Home in Bruce Crossing. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. EST and continue until the time of service.

A graveside service and burial will take place in the Mears Cemetery in Mears in the spring.
