U.S. 2 ACCIDENT

IRONWOOD PUBLIC Safety Department officers, from left, Ron Carpenedo, Mike Rimkus and director Andrew DiGiorgio, discuss a three-car accident Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Cloverland Drive and Lake Street in Ironwood. According to the IPSD, there were injuries and all three vehicles involved received moderate to severe damage. The Gogebic County Sheriff's Department, Michigan State Police Wakefield Post and Beacon Ambulance also responded to the 3:30 p.m. accident.
