Milton M. Jennings

CRYSTAL FALLS, Mich. — Milton M. Jennings, 93, of Crystal Falls, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2016, at the Iron County Medical Care Facility in Crystal Falls.

He was born on June 4, 1922, in Titusville, Pa., son of the late Clifford and Nellie (Thomas) Jennings. He attended the Titusville public schools, graduating from high school in 1942. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1943, and was honorably discharged in 1945. He married his wife, Lola, and she preceded him in death in 2000, after 57 wonderful years of marriage.

Milton was the owner and operator of the NAPA Auto Parts Store in Land O’ Lakes, Wis., from 1984 until retiring in 1991. In his free time he enjoyed life on a small lake near Watersmeet.

Milton is survived by his daughter, Susan Atkinson, of Bay St. Louis, Miss .; grandchildren, Susannah Jennings, Mark Jennings, Laura Walden and Jason Jennings; daughter-in-law, Wanda Jennings, of Peach Tree City, Ga.

Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Terry, in 2012.

At Milton’s request there will be no funeral services.

The family has entrusted the Nash Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Crystal Falls with the funeral arrangements.
