MERCER - Former Wisconsin Governor Martin J. Schreiber gave a presentation at the Mercer Community Center on Wednesday afternoon. Schreiber "is one of the nations leading crusaders for Alzheimer's caregivers," said Mercer Public Library Director Teresa Schmidt.
