Bessemer VFW to host Easter event

BESSEMER — The Easter Bunny is coming to Bessemer.

The Bessemer VFW is hosting an Easter program Saturday, including an egg hunt and visit by the Easter Bunny.

The event will run from noon to 1:30 p.m.; with egg hunt — which is expected to be outside if weather permits — starting promptly at noon, according to an announcement for the event.

Along with the hunt and visit by the Easter Bunny; craft stations will be set up for kids to make ornaments, fridge magnets and other projects. There will also be a light luncheon, including homemade baked goods.
