IRONWOOD — The Ironwood Area Schools has a new K-12 principal after the district’s board of education voted to hire Melissa Nigh Monday.
Nigh was a principal in Mellen, Wis., from 2008-13, according to Ironwood superintendent Travis Powell, before joining the faculty at Northland College in Ashland.
