HURLEY — With the murder trials of two men scheduled to begin today in Iron County Court, a third man charged in the death of Wayne M. Valliere Jr. has pleaded guilty.
James Lussier, 19, of Woodruff, entered guilty pleas late Thursday afternoon to being a party to the crime of felony murder and two counts of aiding a felon. He is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 5 at 2 p.m. by Iron County Judge Patrick Madden.
