Ronald John 'Muzz' Muzzy

WAYCROSS, Ga. - Ronald John "Muzz" Muzzy, 48, passed away Oct. 9, 2018.

Ronald was born Oct. 3, 1970, in Wakefield, Mich., to the late Ronald and Sandie (Zell) Muzzy. He graduated from A.D. Johnston High School in Bessemer in 1988. He attended Gogebic Community College, then transferred to UW-Stevens Point, where he pursued a degree in broadcasting and communications, and where he worked for awhile.

Ronnie had such a love of life, which took him places all over the country. Because of his great love for life, he touched many lives.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Muzzy, as well as his grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, Sandie Muzzy; sister, Carrie (Steve) Pohjola and their children, Brendan and Lillie; brother, Donald (Heather) Muzzy and children, Tyler (Steph) Muzzy, and their children Skyla, Devin and Cami; Marissa (Josh) Schroeder and son, Cohen; and Cassidy (fiance Rick) Muzzy; godparents, Rhonda (Muzzy) Oberto and David Zell; and special friends, Lori and Michael.

Ronnie was best known for his great love of the Packers, his ability to make people laugh and also cook for them.

Cremation was arranged by Miles-Odum Funeral Home of Waycross.

A private celebration of life service will be held.
