LAKE TOMAHAWK, Wis. — Walter Furyk, 57, of Lake Tomahawk, passed away at his residence on May 8, 2019.
He is survived by his three sons, Pete, Andrew and Matt; a brother Mike; and four sisters, Karen, Sharon, Barb and Denise.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
