IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP - Lake Road will close starting Monday at Little Girl's Point while a culvert is replaced.
The Gogebic County Road Commission announced Wednesday the road will be closed between the day parking area and the boat launch at the Point.
Barry Bolich, the road commission manager, said the box culvert being replaced wasn't one of the ones destroyed in the July 2016 storm that caused numerous washouts on Lake Road at the Point.
