IRONWOOD, Mich. - Evelyn Eleanor Nelson, 94, of Ironwood, passed away peacefully, Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019.
She was born in Ironwood Township on Nov. 19, 1924.
Surviving are five children, John (Kathy) Hess of Denver, Andy Nelson of Ironwood, Michael Nelson of Ironwood, Steve Nelson of Ironwood, and Mary Booth of Chattanooga, Tenn .; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nephews and nieces.
Out of respect for her wishes cremation has taken place.
She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
