Juveniles charged after high-speed chase

BESSEMER — Three youths face charges after stealing a pickup truck in Ashland and leading law enforcement on a high speed chase that ended in Marenisco on Saturday morning.

A 14-year-old girl, a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, allegedly stole a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado from a private owner in the city of Ashland Wisconsin at about 7:40 a.m., according to a news release from Ashland Police Department on Tuesday. The vehicle was reportedly unlocked with the keys left inside at the time of the theft.
