Families join Ironwood students for holiday lunch

IRONWOOD - The Luther L. Wright K-12 School's cafeterias were extra crowded during lunch Wednesday as the district hosted the first of this year's holiday meals.
During the meals, parents and grandparents could join their children for a meal during the school day.
"It's good. We get a good turnout with parents," Food Service Director Mary Hampston Kusz said, regarding the meals. The menu this year features different food each meal - including turkey and gravy, lasagna or breakfast. The district has been offering the holiday meals for roughly fi...
