E-TC board handles personnel issues

EWEN — Personnel issues were on the agenda at the recent Ewen-Trout Creek school board meeting. The district hired a new physical education/health teacher Tyler Thomas, of Negaunee. Thomas is a recent graduate of Northern Michigan University.

The board also accepted the resignation of first-grade teacher Kayla Peterson, who has accepted a position with the Gogebic-Ontonagon Intermediate School District. The board thanked Peterson for her service.
