Ironwood Schools to host LLW open house

IRONWOOD — The Ironwood Area Schools is hoping to show its parents a bit more about what the district has to offer at an open house Friday before the boys basketball game against Drummond — with the event offering multiple ways to get into the game for free.

The open house runs from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Luther L. Wright K-12 School prior to the basketball game, said Elementary Title 1 teacher Michelle Giackino, who is helping organize the event with science teacher Cheryl Jacisin.
