BESSEMER — A Bessemer man accused of a shooting in that city was arraigned via video in Gogebic County District Court Thursday afternoon.
Timothy James Wigman, 26, was arraigned on charges of felonious assault with intent to murder, possession of a short-barreled shotgun, possession of a dangerous weapon-metallic knuckles, possessing or discharging a weapon under the influence causing serious impairment and possessing a firearm while committing a felony.
