HURLEY — The Hurley City Council on Monday approved the Halloween trick-or-treating hours following a recommendation from law enforcement to let the event go forward with safety guidelines rather than cancel this year due to COVID-19.
The council set the Halloween trick-or-treating hours for 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31. Guidelines for pandemic trick-or-treating will be posted on the city’s Facebook page, along with the city police department and Iron County Sheriff’s Office Facebook pages.
