Montreal hires new clerk

MONTREAL, Wis. — The city of Montreal now has a replacement for city clerk Sue Lesky when she retires this spring after the Montreal Common Council voted to offer the job to office assistant Lori Genisot Tuesday.

“Lori brings a wealth of knowledge to the position and history within the city of Montreal,” Mayor Erik Guenard told the Daily Globe Wednesday. “We’re lucky to have her.”
