A new Ironwood entrance monument sign on U.S. 2 welcomes motorists coming from Wisconsin at the east side of the city on Wednesday. The sign, along with another at the west entrance of the city on U.S. 2, are partly grant funded and cost $28,770 in a low bid contract to Stratford Sign Co.
