The governor appeared with several other state and county officials to dedicate the harbor facility that was destroyed in a July 11, 2016, flash flood that claimed the life of Mitchell Koski, 56, of Montreal. The approximately $14 million harbor project was possible with a combination of federal and state emergency funds and local contributions and was completed in 2020.
