SAXON, Wis. - Dorinda A. (nee Lund) Holm, 72, of Saxon, passed away peacefully Friday, July 2, 2021, with her loving family at her side.

Dorinda was born on Oct. 24, 1948, in Ironwood, Michigan. She married Ryckie A. Holm on June 6, 1971, and they made their home in Saxon. They recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Dorinda was a dedicated teacher at the Ramsay School in Ramsay, Michigan, and later for the Hurley School District.

Dorinda is survived by her beloved husband, Ryckie; their four children, Ryckie J. (Nicole), Jonathan (Angie), Nicholas and Anna (Nick) Hill; her twin sisters, Jeannie (Jim) Milakovich and Joanie (Don) Barbacovi; two cherished grandchildren, Katie and Tristan Hill; and many loving nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Irene Lund; and a brother, Jon Lund.

A celebration of Dorinda's life will be held on Saturday, July 10, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Saxon Community Center. Light refreshments and dessert will be served.
