The half-mile track at the Gogebic County Fairgrounds has a fresh layer of snow over the ice surface Thursday morning. The ice track has been created for the annual Snowmobile Olympus. The two weekends of racing continues Saturday and Sunday with USSA Prostar action from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. The Olympus kicked off last Saturday with a day of vintage snowmobile racing.
