HURLEY, Wis. — Nancy Jean “Beanie” Schwab, 64, of Hurley passed away peacefully on March 8, 2022, with her family by her side.
For many years Nancy worked as an at-home health caretaker. She cared for everyone with a very compassionate heart of pure gold. Nancy adored her dogs, Lulu, Lucy, Ned, Honey-O and Sunshine. She enjoyed hunting with her son and camping with her family. Nancy would spend hours watching the wildlife that would come into her yard every day.
She loved to cook and was known for her filled pizza. She also enjoyed playing cards and poker with her family and friends. Nancy was a devoted wife and mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend and a member of Our lady of Peace Catholic Church in Ironwood.
