Patricia Ann Forbes Kuduk

WAKEFIELD, Mich. - Patricia Ann (nee Valle) Forbes Kuduk, 87, of Wakefield, formerly of Ironwood, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Gogebic Medical Care Facility in Wakefield.

Patricia was born on March 30, 1935, in Montreal, Wisconsin, a daughter of John Joseph and Florence Irene (Wheeler) Valle. She attended Hurley High School and graduated in 1953.

Patricia is survived by a son, Jeffery Allen Forbes, Minneapolis; a sister, Virginia (Gene) Belmas, Rhinelander, Wisconsin; and many dear nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents; her first husband, Allen Forbes; her second husband, Adam Kuduk; a brother, Clayton John Valle; and a sister, Dorothy Lucille (Fred) Goyins.

Pat and her husband, Allen, lived in Milwaukee for many years. Then, they moved to Rhinelander and owned the Hodag Cafe. Finally, they made their home in Ironwood and owned Al's Ken-Mar Cafe.

Pat was a very kind, caring and loving person. She was very generous giving numerous free meals to those in need. She and Allen also provided free meals on Thanksgiving and Christmas at the Hodag Cafe.

She attended the First Presbyterian Church in Hurley, Wisconsin.

Her son, Jeff, was the light of her life. Pat so looked forward to seeing him and loved and treasured his visits. She talked about him often.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Gogebic Medical Care Facility for all the wonderful care and many kindnesses given to Pat over the past three years. It was comforting to know that she was well taken care of. Thank you, also, to Paul Belmas for his help during these past years. He has gone above and beyond in taking care of so many things when we weren't able to be there.

She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace, Pat, we all love you.

At her request, cremation will take place and there will be no service.
