GCC to hold graduation on Friday

IRONWOOD — Gogebic Community College will hold its 88th commencement ceremony at the Lindquist Student gymnasium on Friday at 6 p.m.

This will be the first in-person ceremony the college has held since 2019. The last two years, the college has held its graduation ceremony online because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Graduates from 2020 and 2021 have been invited back to participate in Friday’s ceremony.

The college will be awarding approximately 180 degrees and certificates including: 36 Associate of Arts degrees, 43 Associate of Applied Science degrees, 14 Associate of Applied Business degrees, 1...
