Upper Peninsula Health Data Report Released

HANCOCK — Six Upper Peninsula health departments and 36 community partners recently published the latest edition of the Community Health Needs Assessment covering all 15 U.P. counties. The 458-page report, now available online to the general public, provides information on the health status of U.P.’s 300,000 residents.
