IRONWOOD — The Friends of the Miners Memorial Heritage Park hosted a candlelight snowshoe walk around the Ironwood park’s trails on the evening of Dec. 28. Families, couples and individuals also enjoyed snacks provided by the organizers.

The annual fundraiser for the trails helps the group with ongoing maintenance and other projects, according to Tom Kangas, vice president of the Friends of the MMHP.
