IRONWOOD, Mich. - Edward "Ed" James Jenkins, 67, of Ironwood, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023.

He was born on March 14, 1956, to Edward F. and Loretta (Cayer) Jenkins in Marquette. He was employed by Ropes Gold Mine in Ishpeming and retired from the White Pine Mine.

Ed was an outdoorsman who liked spending time at camp, going fishing or hunting. His favorite passion was taking his Harley rides and fixing up his '51 Chevy truck.

He is survived by his children, Sarah, Crystal, Edward, Alyssa and Andrew; and brothers and sister, Larry (Debbie) Jenkins, David Jenkins and Becky (William) Dorow. Ed is further survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

No formal services are taking place.
