IRONWOOD — The Gogebic-Iron County Airport board has hired a new airport manager after a long search.
Jeremy Busch, a Wakefield resident and aviation enthusiast, began training at the airport on Monday to replace Todd Richter as manager.
“Jeremy will be training for about a year, receiving certifications and learning different aspects of the airport,” said airport board member and county board chairman Jim Lorenson.
