Michael George Toth

SHAKOPEE, Minn. - Michael George Toth, age 69 of Shakopee, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, May 13 at his residence.

Originally from Ironwood, Michigan, Michael Toth sought broader horizons and relocated to the Twin Cities, where he found both career success and deep fulfillment. Starting his professional journey as a production manager at Data Card, Mike later discovered his true calling as a realtor. He thrived in this career and his passion for helping others find their dream homes was evident to all who worked with him.

Mike's appreciation for music was vast and diverse. As a young man, he played piano, guitar and sang in a rock band, sharing his talents with those around him. His love for music continued throughout his life, leading him to join a barbershop group and participate in his church choir, where he found joy in harmonizing with others.

A man of many passions, Mike embraced life's playful side. He enjoyed engaging in friendly competition through games, golfing, fishing and riding his bike. He was happiest outdoors, camping, walking and remaining active in nature's embrace.

Known for his willingness to lend a helping hand, Mike was always ready to listen or offer his skills to fix anything that needed mending. He loved using computers and he was often the go-to person for tech advice among his friends and family.

Family was the cornerstone of Mike's life. He cherished every moment he could spend with his loved ones and made it a priority to attend his grandkids' events whenever possible, always eager to support and celebrate their achievements.

Michael is survived by his sons, Jason (Jenni) Toth and Dan (Maggie Arndt) Toth; grandchildren, Logan, Skylar, Griffin, Daxtyn and Jacelynn; siblings, Joe Toth, Jim (Tammy) Toth, Kathy Such; sister-in-law, Suzanne Toth. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bob.

Mike will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched and his legacy of kindness, generosity and love for life will continue to inspire us all.

Visitation was Tuesday, May 21, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at the Parish of Saints Joachim and Anne - Church of St. Mark, 350 Atwood St. South, Shakopee. Interment will be held at the Catholic cemetery in Shakopee. A reception concluded the days events at the Church of St. Mark social hall.
