HURLEY — Thirty-five little ones at the Hurley K-12 School gathered Tuesday on the stage of the auditorium to acknowledge a momentous passage in their educational journey: graduation from kindergarten.
The fun day began with a performance of “Bare Necessities,” accompanied by music teacher Lydia Mattson.
While the kids had an intermission back stage, elementary school principal Mr. Steve Lombardo expressed gratitude for all of the staff, board members, helpers, associates and parents who worked to ensure the success of the students.
