Iron County Fair

MISS WISCONSIN, Mandi Genord, displays to the crowd the first of the 44 delicious pies sold during Sunday's pie auction at the Iron County Fair in Saxon. Genord was one of the pie judges and also spent several other hours visiting and posing for pictures with fairgoers. Late Sunday evening, on her Facebook page, she posted, "This genuine, small-town community allowed me to learn how to snowshoe, ride a tractor, and hold chickens. I'll always look back on this experience with a heart full of appreciation."
