Ironwood tables non-union COLA

IRONWOOD — Members of the Ironwood City Commission tabled action Monday on a 3.75% annual cost-of-living salary adjustment for the city’s nine non-union employees until more information is provided.

In a related agenda memo, City Manager Paul Anderson explained the circumstances.

“In the fiscal year 2026-27 budget, there is a 2.5% cost-of-living adjustment budgeted for the city non-union administrative staff,” he said.
