    MANITOWISH WATERS, Wis. - The cranberry harvest is now in full swing and Ironwood's second graders got a first-hand look into what exactly goes into wrangling the tart berries. They took an adventure Monday as they travelled down U.S. 51 to visit the Vilas Cranberry Marsh in Manitowish Waters.     DULUTH, Minn. — Leo M. Anderson, 79, of 638 Huron St., Ironwood, Mich., died Monday, Oct. 5, 2015, in Duluth. He was born June 2, 1936, in Ironwood, son of the late Leo C. and Edla H. (Maki) Anderson. Leo attended Ironwood schools, graduating from Luther L. Wright with the class of 1954. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He had been employed for many years by White Pine Copper Company. He was united in marriage with Shirley Kivi. She preceded him in death on May 6, 1978.
