    Cold temperatures and snow in other parts of the country adversely impacted the local cross country ski business this winter. Despite the setbacks, many trail organizers said the season went well, with "excellent conditions" all around.     MARENISCO - The Marenisco Township Police Department is warning of "increasingly dangerous" conditions on Lake Gogebic. MTPD rescue units, along with the Lake Gogebic Fire Department and Marenisco EMS, have conducted several retrievals of vehicles stuck in deep slush on the lake.
